I gave Dr. Pavelock five stars because he's not just a regular doctor who throws pills at you once a month and that's it. He actually really cares. Not only does he help with addiction but he helps with depression , anxiety , headaches and so much more . He does therapy and actually LISTENS. He's nothing like a "normal therapist" , he's more. He actually cares about what you have to say and really gives you advice and opinions and trys to help YOU make the decisions. He asks about family and work and just life and makes you feel comfortable and you can even joke around and not be serious all the time. He never judges you , speaks down to you or acts disappointed in you. When you mess up , be HONEST , because he will and can still help you , he won't "discharge" you and stop trying to help you like most Drs. would..I would never recommend anyone else to any other Dr. I would only ever recommend Dr. Pavelock. Seriously , if you need someone you can trust , He's your guy!!

I will try to keep this short but that is hard for me to do talking about Dr. P. When I first started with Dr. Pavelock I was in a bad place, trying to come out of addiction was one thing but on top of that I was in a very depressive state. I thought he was going to be one of those M.A.T. doc's that just go through the motions. I can honestly say that I was completely wrong, and it still amazes me that not even a year out and I feel like I am the best version of me I have ever been. In the months that I have had with Dr. Pavelock I've gone from not even caring if I woke up the next day wondering through existence, to living welcoming every day grateful to be alive. My relationship with my family (especially my children) is better than it's ever been. I found that it's so easy to talk with Dr. P, it feels more like talking to a friend that cares and wants to see you succeed. I always felt intimidated talking to other doctors but after the first tele visit I really felt like he was in my corner. He started suggesting things I could do and kind of planting seeds of ideas. I started listening to what he was saying he never told me to do anything he would say: " try this " or " maybe something like that would help you here". The man has never judged never been negative more importantly never guided me wrong, he made me feel like he cared, and he does. One more thing he will answer your calls. That really amazes me still. I lied one more, he has even helped me with health issues that have nothing to do with recovery. Will not just address it immediately but will keep trying to help wherever he can. I really can't say more than the fact I truly believe Dr. Richard Pavelock saved my life. If you're on the fence about recovery go ahead and make the jump with Dr. P you will be grateful you did

Great doctor have had the best experience honestly with him. the traveling to the appointments was my biggest issue doing the tele health that he does has really helped me a whole lot. Ihave been sober for almost a year now and honestly he is one of the best doctors I've found that actually cares and really tries to help you stay on the right path. Overall would give him 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone that is struggling with opioid use. I have personally referred 3 or 4 people to him and they all have had great experiences.

Dr.Pavelock is one of a kind! I really appreciate the honest & direct touch he provides his patients. Online treatment is a newer concept that allowed me to stay home BUT get the help & medication that I need to function on day to day activities. Addiction is no joke; some call it a disease others label it as being a “Junkie” well the days of suffering are over! If it weren’t for Dr.Pavelock & his staff I don’t know where I’d be in life! Before Dr. Pavelock I was having anxiety attacks 3 or 4 times a week. Plus I was needing help with my sobriety. He really changed my life for the better. He really does care about his patients and gets down to the bottom of their issues and how to help them. I would recommend Dr. Pavelock to anybody who are having issues with their sobriety and also with anxiety and depression. Dr.Pavelock is one of the BEST doctors I have ever had! He genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to get too know you as a person. He makes my life so much easier not having to travel too see him. I enjoy our talks every time we have a appointment! He is absolutely one of the better doctors I have ever had! He helped me we with my addiction, but also with my mental health and my sleeping problems. I literally feel like I am a much better person since having him as a doctor!
